Chamartín, MadridThe property is located in the residential neighborhood of El Viso, within the Chamartín district, north of the capital. El Viso is one of Madrid’s most luxurious residential neighborhoods. Its high-income population is made up of business owners, diplomats, executives, etc., which is reflected in the type of homes, among the most highly valued in central Madrid. The public transport system ensures maximum convenience for residents of its neighborhoods, as they currently have approximately 50 bus lines, 7 metro lines, and two commuter-rail stations. Chamartín Station is also the terminal for most medium- and long-distance trains to northern Spain.
