This Cookie Policy explains which cookies and similar technologies Frankly Data Lab, S.L. ("Frankly") uses on frankly.es, what they do, how long they last, and how you can manage them. It accompanies our Privacy Policy — that document covers personal data more broadly.
Cookies Frankly uses
Frankly uses strictly necessary cookies (always on), and — only if you agree through our cookie banner — analytics and advertising cookies. Strictly necessary cookies are exempt from consent under Article 22.2 of the Spanish LSSI-CE; the analytics and advertising cookies described further below are set only after you accept them.

Analytics — Plausible (always on, cookieless)
Frankly uses Plausible Analytics to measure aggregate site usage. Plausible is configured to be cookieless and does not set any cookies on your device. It uses a daily-rotating hash of (IP + user agent + domain + salt) to count unique visitors without storing the IP address. The data is processed within the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany). Because it sets no cookies and stores no personal identifiers, it runs without consent.
Analytics & advertising — Google (only with your consent)
To understand how buyers find Frankly and to measure our advertising campaigns, we use Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads. These set cookies and share data with Google. They are loaded only after you choose “Accept” on our cookie banner. If you choose “Reject” — or simply don’t accept — these tags stay disabled through Google Consent Mode and none of the cookies below are set.

| frankly_signup_ga4 | Set only when you create an account with Google or a sign-in link. Google processes this data as described in its own policies and may transfer it to the United States. Managing your choices
When you first visit, our cookie banner lets you accept or reject analytics and advertising cookies. To change your choice later, clear the frankly_consent cookie (or all cookies for this site) in your browser settings and reload the page — the banner will appear again.
You can also clear or block cookies at any time through your browser settings. Blocking the strictly necessary cookies above will prevent you from signing in to your account; the rest of the site remains available. Most browsers offer a private / incognito mode that does not persist cookies across sessions.
