What tenants pay on existing leases
Homes to rent now
Asking rents are for homes advertised today. What tenants pay on existing leases comes from tax returns, runs about two years behind and is usually lower.
No grade for mortgage defaults or homes occupied without a lease (ocupación), on purpose. Spain publishes both only for the whole province, so a Centro grade would be invented precision.

Sorted by the gap to our fair value, so homes priced furthest below it come first. Click any column heading to sort by it instead.

Arrives in mid-November 2026
We began recording every Monday on 21 September 2026. A line needs about eight weekly points. The change on the quarter follows around 21 December, and on the year in September 2027. It will sit beside the official index, never merged with it: ours is asking prices in the segment we track, not sales.
Coming, from: Frankly’s weekly snapshot of the listings we track. Nothing here is estimated.
The verified agent can tell you what the numbers leave out: works planned on a building, how a street feels at night, what a seller here is likely to accept.
An independent buyer’s agent Frankly has verified. 30 minutes, free. Paid by you, not by the seller.
